please call me immediately

<p>I am still waiting for a reponse from telkom regarding my refund of R7240. .this is ludicrous to just keep ignoring a client after taking a large amount from their personal account. you keep fobbing me off with the same automated reponse promising to escalate my case or look into it..the time foe lookinh into it has passed.</p> <p>my refund should have been done weeks ago. I fone everyday to no avail. ur call center can do nothing to help except send emails which do not get a reponse anyway..the one time they did try to fone me they called a wrong number than closed my case without resolving it..this is ridiculous, its my money..I want it and more importantly I need it desperately. .pls just call asap and sort this out on the right number which is ***.. an agent named simphewe closed my case without refunding me I believe. .just call me back without any excuses for once..is this really the standards that telkom has dropped to?</p>
