Please attend to my ADSL thats been off for more than a week now!

You keep on sending feedback that our issue has been resolved but the line and ADSL is still not working!!! I asked for you to increase the data allocation on the integrated data simcards, and my request was ignored, 3 x - no one even bothered to reply on messenger!! While you at it, please fix the line back to a 4mb, as its been on speeds of less than 2mb again lately! Dont know what on earth we are still paying you for!
