Please assist with porting of number to Telkom Mobile from MTN

<p>To port a number to Telkom Mobile you get a "request to port SMS" from MTN. You are given 45 min to respond via SMS. I selected the wrong option and blocked the request. Thus stopping the porting. Subsequently I have made the request to port again, but no confirmation SMS is received from MTN. Obviously no success with porting this number. Please assist me to port this number to Telkom Mobile. References for the port request were ********** 59; ********** 64 and ********** 48. My other number ported successfully. Thanks in advance!</p>

Hi Busi,

Despite your assurance yesterday this number is still not ported.

I went in store yesterday and a manual port request was loaded. I was given another ***

I now have a collection of ref numbers but this does not help. This number is still stuck with MTN.

Please resolve this issue as a matter of priority!
