Please advise

Hello guys... I will like to talk about Telkom. I took a contract with them for personal use only to find that it doesn't treat customers well. Its been 4 months now nd I've been calling them they kept saying they wil deliver in seven working days,three working days....and yet they taking my money every month. Emails have been sent but still nothing. The last lady I spoke to said there is nothing under my ID. Please advise as to what I can do. Kind regards.
