Pleasantly surprised

It's not every day that you get better service than you expect. So I'd like to complement Telkom.<br> <br> My telephone line went down yesterday afternoon so I logged the fault on their online service, not expecting too much. I stay in a remote area so I've gotten used to thing taking a bit longer than it should. I immediately got a sms with a reference number and an update about an hour later that a technician is working on the issue, and this morning they knocked at my door. Well done Telkom!<br>
