Pleasantly Surprised

Order No. ***A<br> <br> I want to pass my gratitude to both Renata and Joshua for finally resolving my SmartHome Premium order, and I was pleasantly surprised today when I received the delivery, all in good order, in 3 days - less than half the 7 days promised.<br> <br> Renata went out of her way to overcome technical issues in finalizing the order, and Joshua from the social media team called me almost instantly after I posted my complaint on this site. Renata was distraught by my troubles and made personal promises to make sure my faith in Telkom is restored.<br> <br> Being my ISP for Life, literally, I am very pleased to see the commitment to improve service delivery to match the great products and packages.<br> <br> Thank you Renata & Joshua and Well done Telkom!
