Playstation 4

after spending 2 hours in a que as non of the floor personal or sales people could assist I got helped by a gentlemen with the name Ricaldo(hope it spelled correctly). i ask about the playstation 4 that is advertised in the book for R348 a month. He went and said he would go check for stock. came back and said the stock controller stepped out for a smoke and will be back shortly. he then disappeared for 15 minutes and said the stock controller still not back he will check by the other door. this took another 10 minutes to which he came back and said he doesnt think there is stock. i then asked him which stores have stock which he also couldnt answer as the stock controller was still not back. he took down all my details and said he will phone me back with all the information before 5 on Saturday 28 November 2015. no call recieved. i went to canal walk telkom and was help in seconds. i phoned bayside telkom at 16:45 and no answer.got told bayside does have stock as it shows so on the system. still waiting on the other guys call i drove to bayside again only to se that the are closed at 17:15. but trading hours show 6. extremely bad service
