Playing games with clients

<p>Good day I send a review about a contract i took with Telkom /WNS and sim not received and i goit this number as ref to quote when doing follow up but to my suprise when i call the number is non -existend AI ********** talk to ANEC and she asked her manager to email Sales in matter as SIM card is still non existent but billing is received for 2 months. Mind you i paid my whole year contract for other devices and this is the service i am getting . ..this utter bu### for a client like me its unacceptable ..Bcos my account is on credit i cant block your payments even if i wanted to ...Iam disgusted by this service Yerr nxa. I actually have a good mind of taking all my recordings to media or credit act cos i cant be calling every day for service .</p>
