Plants destroyed by Telkom

Telkom were replacing ADSL lines and in doing so without asking the owner of the property, pulled out and destroyed plants that were newly bought and cut through watering pipes. Leaving the ficade and aesthetics of the home worse for wear. After being confronted by the owner, myself, I was assured that it would be fixed which it was not. Highly upset and disappointed.
