Planet Earth or Planet Pluto for Telkom Time Zone

This is not a complaint. I don't complain. Just sharing some thoughts:

Been awaiting our ADSL router, etc that is part of our Telkom upgrade that took place around March 2019. It's already May. Made numerous calls to politely remind Telkom...everyone gives me a time frame of approximately 5-7 working days...I apologise for at the time not establishing as to which planet's days they had mentioned seeing Earth days ar 24 hours long and Pluto's one day is roughly 6.5 earth days which changes the meaning of day all together. I apologise if I may be rushing our order. Perhaps someone from Telkom can be efficient by planet Earth standards.
