Placed an order in April and it's still not ready

Order Number ***. I ordered a Telkom Simple package in APRIL 2015 that was supposed to have come with a 3G/HSDPA ****le and data. I have made numerous follow-up requests with Telkom via social media, MyBB forum representatives and by actually making 4 trips to the Canal Walk branch in an attempt to get this sorted out. Every visit I made to the branch resulted in a generic response of \come back next week
