****ED OFF WITH TELKOM SERVICE!

So last year I had taken out a contract with Telkom for mobile and wifi. I’m so tired of dealing with telkoms **** because now I have collections companies emailing me requesting payments of around R8000 which affects my ITC negativiely UNNECESSARILY!! I had a consultant of theirs confirming via telephone AND email (which i still have)that I do not owe them anything (IN MARCH 2017). But the company starts calling me NOW (NOVEMBER 2017)!!What happened was that I had cancelled the contract with them after paying them a certain amount and this is when they had confirmed it has been terminated and I do not owe them anything. I WILL NOT PAY TELKOM!!! You had better get your collections company to STOP mailing me and stop trying to contact me before I take this further!! And sort your **** out and remove my name from your database!!
