Pilling up bill that I can not afford as a pensioner they refuse to cancel me

When I took Telkom mobile contract Tembisa mall they were supposed to check coverage for my address seeing that my house doesn't have coverage to they put a wrong that doesn't belong to me ,all along I'm paying and struggling to connect then I called to cancel taken from pillar to post stopped paying so that they can call me they added R200 to every missed payment no the less thy assured me it's cancelled at when it was R1600 end June now they billed me 1st July and 1st August with the additional R200 for missed payment now it's sitting at R2200 odd and keeps pilling up now tell me what to do Telkom I can not cancel you,I can not connect even I keep paying you are a night to me as a pensioner who was trying to get wifi
