Pillar to post the order of the day at Telkom

<p>All I was trying to do was renew an LTE contract...you would think they want my business...oh no....started at Menlyn yesterday, after spending over 50 minutes in the queue....was sent away to a 10213 number, who after holding for over 30 minutes being sent from pillar to post...I was sent me back to a store. Went to Sandton store (another 14minutes) and they sent me to Mall of Africa. I'm at Mall of Africa and im in a queue for the past 40 minutes with no one in front of me except two clients and 8 store attendants that appear to serve 1 client per 4 attendants. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why am i here, these people don't want my business...and I surely have nothing better to do with my time...</p> <p>going to sell my Telkom shares tomorrow</p>
