<p>Went to Telkom Mobile Kenilworth Center. My Wife app**** for a contract.We were told no stock but was told ,PROMISE I will call you on Wednesday latest.This was Saturday that we went so we waited till wednesday for the call.No Call at All from Zaid. We waited a further week and still no call.So we went in and complained.The New manager told us I PROMISE i will call you Monday as it was Saturday again.Its been almost another week and even the manager lies with a straight face when he says i PROMISE I will call you.He never called. I am definitely not renewing All my contracts ever again.**** service all we wanted was a call just to say no stock yet or even yes stock arrived.Definitely moving onto another service provider and telling my family and friends to follow</p>

So my Wife went today to see what was happening at the store.Since no one has bothered to call us.She was verbally abused by Shahied (I think that is his name) telling her that she can complain on Hello Peter as much as she wants.So afterwards she met me and told me the story.I went to the store and approached the guy.I told him that is no way to talk to any women even my Wife.I was upset and told him he acted wrong.I even suggested to call the manager so we can confirm what was said as the Manager also did not call us weeks later as he promised.Shahied then told me to follow him and I asked to where as he put his jacket on.He rep**** outside so that we can sort this out.I rep**** "are you serious" and it escalated to another story of him wanting to step outside to "chat' which he actually meant to fight. I recorded the whole conversation from the start and I am disgusted that even the manager was not again present.I am currently going to the Police Station to lay a charge.I shall contact the Radio stations with my recordings as soon as I decide when to
