<p>I app**** for a contract online during the month of march and I got feedback that the contract was pre approved and my bank account were request and I willingly gave them to the consultant who was assisiting me with the application. My application was for an Iphone 5s contract of which is R299 per month of which I haven't received to date whereas my account has already been debited with R299, I called their sales department last week and I spoke to a lady by the name of Zinhle Vilakazi who escalated the matter to the person that was was helping with the contract application and coppied a manager by the name of Nicollen Chetty and I have never received any communication from them I also sent a follow up email but still no response. I had a telkom contract before and I have never got such horrible service and this is worse because I am already paying for something that I do not have.</p>
