Phones out of stock/does not care/lots of lies

I went to Telkom at Wonderpark on 30 October 2015 after turning back twice on previous occasions before 30 October because you stand there until your feet hurt and no one even asks how they can assist you. On 30 October I said let me just wait even though they pretend as if I am not there and eventually I was assisted by submitting my form requesting for an upgrade and told we do not have the phone you want it is out of stock, we will be receiving stock possibly next week, I said that is fine I can wait for next week as they say they will call me.<br> <br> I did not know that was a start of my nightmare, on Friday 06 November I went to the store to inquire about my request and I was told phones have not arrived and there is a waiting list of about 150 people, I will possibly get the phone towards December or in December. I called Telkom at Brits Mall, they confirmed they do not have the phone I need in stock, I call Telkom Centurion Mall, no one answers the phone, I call Telkom Manlyn, no one answers the phone and called Telkom Brooklyn, it is evident someone is seating on the phone, it is forever busy, i am out of options, what do I do now.
