phones on website no longer avaiable

I am due for an upgrade on my Telkom mobile contract as of today. For weeks I've been looking forward to getting the Huawei Mate 7 Gold. Today I went to the Telkom Mobile store at Woodlands Boulevard to upgrade. They told me they had no stock. I asked them to check at their Centurion store, she spoke to the manager from their Centurion store who told her they also had no stock. So I asked her to check with their Menlyn store. After a telephone call, she let me know that they also had no stock and the person she spoke to had informed her that they were no longer selling it. I enquired why it was still on the website if they were no longer selling it. She rep**** that she was wondering the same thing. I asked to whom I could complain and was given contact details of the area manager Andre Durant. I phoned but he was not in and so I left a message for him. I'm bitterly disappointed. I do not understand how whomever is responsible can think it is okay to advertise products on your website which you no longer sell. If this is how you conduct business and treat your customers, I no longer wish to do business with you or be your customer. I just checked and the phone is STILL advertised.
