Phones not been delivered

Kindly assist with the complain where i open the contract on November for 2*Huawei and i was told that they will debit R99.00 on my account non refundable and next month they will debit the normal subscription but will receive a notification sms to confirm about my order and yes i did receive the order notification but been waiting since November hasn't received anything but funds been debited on my account
