Phone went for repairs

Hi<br> <br> I took my phone to Cresta Mall Telkom on the 3th of May 2015 for repairs as it was under warranty. <br> <br> They sms'd me and quoted me R2700 but I told the lady that is was under warranty and she said she will call me back but NEVER DID!!! I went back to Cresta Mall and rejected the quotation that was on the 28 May 2015 and I paid the repair fee REF: ref TRL002273 on the 1 June and was promised the phone will be back within 7 days from the CourierIT the ladt by the name of Beverley BUT STILL NO PHONE AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM TELKOM OR THE COURIER COMPANY. MONTH END THEY WILL EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR THAT STUPID CONTRACT PHONE I NEVER HAD FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. I HAVE CALLED THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND THEY HAVE ANY PROMISES<br> <br> TELKOM HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER ESPECIALLY THE CRESTA MALL BRANCH AND THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.<br> <br> I NEED MY PHONE BACK ASAP!!!!
