Phone waiting

I took my phone to be repaired at Telkom the insurance contacted me to pay R500 which I did the shop told me to come to fetch my phone only to find out it’s not my phone I told them to correct their mistake but they haven’t I have no phone ever since February now it’s April and nothing I’m very disappointed with the service of telkom
