Phone upgraded under false pretences

On 18 June 2020 I went to renew my cell phone contract at the Menlyn branch. Everything was done in store and I received my phone immediately. I was told that some Google apps needed to be downloaded, but that it would not be a problem, as there was a Huawei consultant available. I did not have the sim card with me that day. We live nearer to the Wonderboom branch, so I went there. They uploaded the apps, but when I got home, some of it still did not work. I went back to Menlyn, where I was told that Google and Huawei had some can't of disagreement and that Google apps don't work on Huawei anymore. I asked to return the phone and upgrade to something else. They refused and told me that I should have returned the phone within 7 days. I find this unacceptable, because I was sent from one store to the other and no one could actually help us. They did not tell me the truth the day I bought the phone. I am very unhappy. They just said that I should keep the phone for 2 years and upgrade again. Unacceptable!!!
