Phone Upgrade Cancel

I did an upgrade on one of my accounts. The phone I chose does not support the google play store. I received the phone on Monday and I have been calling all week to get them to arrange for the phone to get picked up so I can exchange the phone. I have been unsuccessful so far. I just want to cancel the contract so I can get a phone that meets my needs. I am getting to a point where I want to cancel everything. It's sad because I have never had a problem till now. If Telkom will just call me and cancel the upgrade please. I refuse to pay for this phone as I have been trying All week to contact them.
