phone under waranty

I handed in my Sony Xperia E1 for repairs and the lady told me that there will be no charge for the phone and it is still under waranty. I accepted that and 4 weeks later I got an sms saying that R799 is due for repairs. This is rediculous as I was under the impression that no fees had to pay for repairs because the phone is still under waranty. Today a courier service called me to tell me another R180 is due? No assessment fee was discussed with me .<br> <br> The phone was handed in at Westgate Telkom Mobile so that is where I will fetch it. Please help me as I am now forced to used my old phone of more than 2 years old.
