phone undelivered

Good Day<br> <br> My name is Ontiretse Kgage, app**** online for an apple iphone 6 GOLD for over two months ago, i waited over 48hrs for your call as promised, after1 week i eventually received a call from Telkom and i was informed that the apple iphone 6 was not available and that it will only be able in the next two weeks. <br> <br> After two weeks no one got back to me. i called Telkom and was sent from pillar to post no one could find my online application on the Telkom system. all the numbers provided they could not assist me. <br> <br> eventually a lady called me after another two weeks to do the application again, it was approved, an amount of R499.00 was deducted from my account last week and was told that the tracking number will be sent to me. i am still waiting for it. <br> <br> The phone was supposed to be delivered last week Friday but i am still waiting for it<br> <br> How long do i still need to wait for the Phone?<br> <br> Why was i charged for a service i never received?<br> <br> Please assist<br> Ontiretse Kgage<br>
