Phone suspended for no reason

On the 8th of Jan I received a SMS stating that my line has been interuppted not knowing why,as my account has been up to date and then I spoke to some agents fikile,Roswell and lebo and back again at Roswell giving me the run around of unlocking the suspension on my phone as this is the 3rd and nothing has been done still,the Agents have been helpful but the team leaders dragging thier feet for the customer .poor service and the first and the last time cheering for telkom services. Someone please get this fixed asap
