Phone still not here

Had taken my phone in for repairs and they gave feedback all through out, till it was fixed and i got a text to say it had been dispatched back to the branch i should go check in four days. <br> <br> Just a little back up, the first time id dropped my phone in for repairs, when it was back the branch sent me a text to say it had arrived i should go pick it up. <br> I figured it would be the same case now too. but since the 4 days was past, and i still hadn't received an ams from bayside tekom, i went in to go and check if it had arrived, only to be told 'no, it wasn't in yet.'<br> <br> Tell me how long does it take to courier a phone from repairs to the branch? I have had to borrow handsets to make due. When can i expect my phone, is there no way to check how far the phone is? Give me some concrete information PLEASE! When can i expect my phone?
