Phone STILL NOT fixed!

<p>I reported that our line is dead on Saturday 25/03/2017. A technician came out to our house and I received an sms saying that it has been restored. It is still not working. I have had to report it AGAIN! This is the second time in 2 weeks that our phone has been dead. Can Telkom send a technician who can resolve the problem?!?!
