Phone repairs *****.

I booked my phone in at the Telkom store in westgate and clearwater mall 3 times because I purchased a phone that always has network issues. First time they apparently replaced it with a new phone however my old scratched screen protector was still on it. The second time they said it was fixed but I still did not have network. Third time I booked it in again and was advised Im getting a new device. Yesterday I collected the phone wrapped in plastic. Today I removed the plastic cover and found there is scratches on the screen which clearly indicates its not a new phone. I am absolutely appalled at the dishonestly and disgusting service I am getting from Telkom regarding the lies I am being Fed and would like to Enquire why the brand new phone I bought is constantly being swapped with faulty second hand device!
