Phone repairg

I'm not getting any service from telkom greenstone regarding my phone repair,I send my phone in for a glass on camera repair and been waiting a month now and still no phone call or anything from the repair centre regarding my phone repair, I've mailed Telkom to find out and all they have to say is they still waiting for the phone and they only communicate via email with the repair centre there is no number that they can call to find out! That is totally unacceptable for me!
