Phone repair

Telkom is the worse to have . I took a contract with the late September 2019 . Ever nice then I am gave on going problems with them . The worst one is this current situation that I am having now . I took my phone to the Telkom store on the 22/01/2020 . I was advised that the repair center is closed and opens on the 07/01/2020 and I will have my phone in 10 days back . It was not specified if it working days or just 10 days . Its 25 days to day and still no phone . They keep on sending sms asking for supporting document's but don't say what documents . I call the call center they say they can see ass its an external party . Very Rude agents . To day I called and I was advised the request only when to the Repair center to day and it take 48 hours to get feedback if it will be repaired . Then the agent I spoke too was very rude , when I said to her u the only network that take so long to do repairs . she said "Well this is not that network " . I wish I could just cancel the contact and move on with my life . Biggest mistake of my life
