Phone out of order for 2 weeks, no response

I reported my phone (landline) out of order 2 weeks ago, 24 Nov. All I got was the fault number SMS and nothing else since. I've tried to make contact to find out why via all their channels, by phone, by email, by their onsite chat, Telkom Community and even their Face Book page, where someone did say they would investigate, but nothing since. I checked their \see if theres a general fault in your area"site function... there isn't.<br> <br> No repair"
