Phone out of order.
We reported the landline out of order *** on the 9th September Ref No400CRK140915<br> Have phoned everyday and they tell us a technician has been assigned but nothing has been done.<br> We are pensioners and it is most urgent that we get our landline working.<br> Can you please help.
