PHONE ORDERED 2 WEEKS AGO

<p>I ordered a phone two weeks ago. I had to phone a week later to remind them regarding the order, they phones back in 15min. I was driving and phone got cut due to bad signal. They don't bother phoning back. I phoned them yesterday twice, every time I phone back I have to hold on for 30 to 40min before a phone gets answered. The 2nd time when I phone, someone eventually answered and gave me a response that someone will contact me before end of business. It's been a day and a half later and still no one bothers phoning back. I can't believe this redeculous service from them. I have a contract for three years and never had good service. Why put trust into a company and they don't know anything about customer service... THEY ARE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT... BAD... I can't waist my time everyday on the phone following up on my order... Where the hell is your service or are you just don't care about customer brand? </p>
