Phone not working for more than a month still no assistance.

<p>My mother in law currently has a Telkom prepaid landline which is down since late September. We have logged calls to report this but to no avail. There is just no service being offered to fix the problem. The call Ref: 569 337 128. They confirmed that the call was logged but still nothing.</p> <p> </p>
