Phone not working 2 weeks after being repaired

My husband buys me a Note 4 from Telkom mobile, 6 months later it starts switching off in the middle of the call. so i assumed it was battery issues and i would just put it on the charger until its full then switch it on again. Then days later it swiched off and never switching on. It was taken in and paid R3500 to fix including the screen which was slightly cracked. Its been 2 months and with no screen crack ( which was used as an excuse) this time and we are back to the same problem. its off and never rebooting to switch on except the blue light showing its on. So i visited Telkom mobile Festival Mall and its full. waited untils i readall the pamphlets only to find that you can send an sms to service and they will call you back. Send the sms and 3 days later....no help or assistance. Is it Samsung? maybe but why cant i just be told what the fault is and move on or are they perheps waiting for me to be out of the warrantee so then can get rid of me??? Please help this is denting my business
