Phone not repaired after 5 months

I went to Telkom on the 3 of May 2015 to get my phone fixed and after a month they told me that my phone was not covered under warranty n quoted me R2000 but I rejected the quote and paid the R100 something for them to release my phone. when d phone got back to d store it had no battery and d Phone had a crack. I didn't take d phone it has been with them for 5 months now n not fixed. I have been to cresta mall spoke to David but still my phone is not fixed and Thenjiwe Nhlapho from d support centre had she wll do something but didn't return any of my calls or emails as promised n i have sent David [Email Removed] emails regarding this issue and he says it will be sorted but nothing is happening. I have been up n down cresta mall n calling Telkom but no one is willing to help even d store manager refuses to come out from d back of d store. BUT TELKOM KEEPS BILLING MY ACCOUNT N I REFUSE TO PAY UNTIL MY PHONE IS BACK AND FIXED!!! I really Dont know what to do regarding this matter anymore n this will ruin my credit record. TelkomCresta mall is useless so is d support centre n repairs.
