Phone not repaired

<p>I took a Sony M4 last year October. This phone has been booked in two times this year and is giving me the same problem again. This time I went to Telkom Overport City and I was told I couldn't get assistance without proof of purchase and my phone wouldn't be repaired since it's only under warranty for one year.</p>
