Phone not delivered

Firstly call centre service is pathetic. I intially held on for 47 minutes prior to been transferred to someone. Once transferred I had ordered a p8 lite, confirmed details accepted t&c. It is now 3 weeks later and I had no delivery nor correspondence. I called back today, held on for 19 minutes and then enquired, she literally put me on hold after 30sec, I held on its gone 47min into the call and no response. <br> <br> Is this how telkom treats their new customers??? I was moving both my current cellc contracts to telkom but not with this service....<br> <br> Disappointed prospective customer
