Phone not back from repairs

My phone was booked in for repairs on the 5th of Feb 2016. Telkom Repairs Team sent a text on the 16th of Feb 2016 advising that my phone has been dispatched from the repair centre and will be delivered at Telkom Mobile Maponya Mall in 4 days. Oscar from Telkom Mobile Maponya mall called me on the 25th of Feb 2016 after I called the call centre asking them to call be back as they are not answering the phone at the shop. Oscar advised that my phone is not at the store, he will call the repairs team to find out when my phone will be dispatched and will call me back before they close shop. <br> Waited but still did not get a call from Oscar. I called today multiple times but there was noone picking up the phone at the shop and I have sent a mail to have them check the progress of my phone but I have not received any response from them.<br> <br> I am very disappointed by Telkom Mobile, i've been having problems with Telkom Mobile since I started my contract with them last year March 2015.<br> <br> PLEASE HELP<br>
