Phone lines off

This is the 4th time in one month that our lines are out. You pay for a services but get almost no return out of it. We keep on paying for a service that is not being delivered this is a breach of contract. There are no apologies or compensation. Alot of people need Internet to do their jobs these days but to them we are just a form of income that they do not care about.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Francois<br> <br> PS fix your **** people are getting tired of an expensive service that is not doing diddly squat.
