Phone lines down for weeks and no-one can help us

Two of our phone lines with Telkom are not connecting to our main number as part of the hunting facilities. Telkom have been dragging their feet for 2 weeks and unable to help us. The technicians who came scratched their heads and left again - promising to come back a couple of hours later - we never saw them again! Now they say it is fixed but it still isn't.<br> We run a community health clinic as well as many services to our local community and this is seriously hampering our work!
