Phone Line Still Not Fixed,3 Days Later!

<p>After heavy rains on Wed,25/01/17,our telephone line has become merged with another.The problem was reported on Thursday.When I called Telkom yesterday (Friday),I was assured that the technician would be arriving during the course of the day to tend to the problem.It is now Saturday,& our telephone line is still a royal mess!We can't make or receive a clear call.We are very frustrated & upset by this lack of service,& not having a functioning landline! - Fault # 228CTK260117.</p>
