Phone line still not fixed

Fault ********** 6 was reported on Saturday. Our Telkom line snapped/ broke off due to the weather as well as wear and tear. To date no one has called to make arrangements to get onto our property to fix this line. We urgently need this line repaired as my dad is a cancer patient and he needs to have access to a phone line. Your urgent response is appreciated.
