Phone line out for almost a month

Our phone line has been out for almost a month now no phone no internet and nothing has been done, this is pathetic sevice we have always paid on time and to get treated like this is unacceptable. I have phoned many times and have not been assisted always been told they cannot do anything and saying it is the technicians, in that case it seems like all the technicians are on a vacation or playing games, something needs to be done now, stop treating your customers like ****.
