phone line not wotking

i have reported a last month that our landline is not working i received a *** till today nobody ever came out the agent assured me that someone will come the same day. 2 days later I followed up and the agent said the call has not been assigned to anybody . every now and than i phone and empty promises are being made can somebody urgently attend to this , your call centre are useless
