Phone Line Not Working
My phone line has been down since Tuesday 14 December after a lightning strike. My phone cable has physically detached from the pole and is hanging on the ground. Nobody at Telkom can inform me when the matter will be attended to. Fault reference 1019CTK141215. PLEASE ASSIST
