Phone line has been down since June the 3rd

<p>I've reported my business phone line been down since 3rd june (+- 7 weeks).. follow up every week, and get different excuse... all I want is my phone work (so I can run a business) have everything recorded... bur seems service isof no concern to TELKOM! How sad... Maybe time to start looking at other options....</p>
