Phone line got cancelled for no reason at all and no explanation

Hi there, for some reason my fathers phone line got cancelled. His name is JP Abraham and landline number is ‭(033) ********** ‬. Please urgently assist as this is a huge inconvenience and on top of that the adsl is not working.The line got cancelled without and explanation and no duh request was submitted. Thank you
