Phone line down yet again.

Phone lines didn't work for almost a month. Problem only got resolved after reporting it on Hellopeter, my multiple reports to Telkom meant nothing. They keep sending a message to say it's restored but thats a blatant lie. I will not pay Telkom for nothing. My lines are more off than working. After Hellopeter did its magic yet again, it worked for less than a week and is now off again. Every day its been going on and off. Now i have internet but no telephone lines. Getting quite frustrating as usual. Think its high time i try another telephone network provider. I am now fed up!
